My name is David Pedrido Otero, and Oreto is my life's dream, forged with the same precision as my watches.
I was born in Le Locle, Switzerland, the birthplace of fine watchmaking, and from a very young age I felt a deep fascination with the art of measuring time.
That passion, a constant ticking inside me, always accompanied me.
Training
The dream of founding my own unique watch brand was years in the making, but it came to life in 2021, a global turning point with the coronavirus crisis.
I took advantage of that time to transform my vision into a concrete project.
Through rigorous training and experience working for several world-renowned brands such as Rolex and Audemars Piguet, I fused the revered Swiss watchmaking tradition with a modern, 21st-century approach, which allowed me to conceive Oreto.
